Earlsfield Community Land Trust was founded in 2018 by a group of local residents united by a shared vision: to build a more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable community around the River Wandle.

We came together in response to the growing inequalities we’ve seen in Wandsworth over the past two decades — a borough now marked by some of the highest levels of pay inequality and steep rises in housing costs.

Our mission is to tackle these challenges head-on through community-led initiatives that address both social injustice and the climate crisis. Our work spans a wide range of interconnected issues, including:
– Youth engagement
– Local enterprise development
– Health equity
– Affordable housing
– Food and fuel poverty
